Haven't been online much lately.
Still deciding on college -- I have just 5 more days to do that.
Did my IB Art exhibit. It was up for 5 days, then I took it down, loaded all the big paintings on a cart, and dragged it all the way home. It was tiring, and I got a few sidelong glances on the way.
Will upload photos of the show along with a new painting... once I get to finishing that. Head's been too cluttered lately. Yeah, the show's a success though. A few offered to buy some prints, but I think I'm too lazy to go to the print shop again, and I bet it was just passing interesting on their part. A teacher wanted one of my beginning-of-class-warmup sketches. She was a nice teacher -- I just wanted to give her the sketch, but she insisted on paying me $20. That's a bit much.
IB (don't kill me Cosh) sent a cool teacher to conduct our interviews/exams. He taught digital art at his school. He started to talk about anime cliches and stuff like that. Pointed out one of my more romantic-idealist pieces and asked me, "Would you consider this cheesy or kitsch?" He had funny things to say.
WTF was I talking about again?
I'm out of high school in a few weeks. For the past few days my only end-of-high-school conclusion has been "I'm le tired. I want a nap."
